My Story
I started my professional career in secondary education. After earning my masters in Special Education at Oakland University, I began to explore other opportunities. While considering a job as an Autism classroom teacher I spent one summer volunteering at an ABA company. When I saw the individual programing and the amazing gains students made, I knew ABA was the place for me!

I have worked as a front line technician, supervising BCBA, graduate advisor, school readiness coordinator, and Assistant Clinical Director at a early intensive intervention center. As much as I love early intervention, I felt there was a hole in the current delivery model for ABA in Metro Detroit. I saw so many successful students struggle after transitioning to less supported settings. Parents were starting over looking for new support systems that allowed for school, other therapies, and leisure time. I wanted to create a space to support families and clients to be successful while attending school, and growing through childhood.

Behavior 4 All was developed out of a desire to support the behavior needs of elementary and middle school students.
